You can help right now! Register at our wikia (very quick and easy, no validation needed) and take a look at Contributing:Adding Downloads to know what to do. We've been working hard on categories and example pages, but there's still a lot of work to do, mainly adding download info to the database. If you look at our wikia, it still has very little content. Our goal is to make it easier to find downloads that designers spent a lot of work on and released to the public. Downloads come with a link to where they can be found in a forum or website where the designer uploaded them, but no direct links are allowed. This is all done with outmost respect to designers and forums. Then how about all downloads made by a certain designer? Find them easily on their profile page or under "Downloads by Creator". They are categorized in the same way, but making sure you won't run into extinct animals when looking for living ones, or viceversa. How about a jungle zoo? Search for Tropical Rainforest Animals. Or maybe you are making an Asian section of your zoo? Search for Asian Animals and see all of them at once. Maybe you are making an Aquarium, then let's look for aquatic animals, including cetaceans, pinnipeds, fish, aquatic birds and marine invertebrates. Want some deer? Go to the Deer subcategory where all species of deer are listed. Want a Lion? Just search Lion or Panthera leo at the top of the page. Our aim is to make an easy but also interesting and diverse way of searching for downloads. The ZT2 Download Library Wikia is a database for downloads, designers and design teams. Today we can say we really like the way the wikia works, and that it won the poll with ~43% of votes. In this context, ADHO15 created a wikia example called ZT2 Download Library Wikia to see its advantages and disadvantages in comparison to using other options, and more people soon joined and started adding content to the Wikia. As many options arose, we decided it was best to make a poll and see the public's preferences. The ZT2 Download Library Wikia started a week ago as an option for a Zoo Tycoon 2 Download Encyclopedia, an idea put forward by TheLastPanthera in this thread.
